CJC-1295 No DAC Overview
CJC-1295 No DAC is a modified GHRH(1-29) analog. Four amino acid substitutions, at positions 2, 8, 15 and 27, are designed to resist degradation by dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) while preserving receptor binding affinity.
Unlike CJC-1295 with DAC, which has an extended half-life, this variant has a shorter duration of action of roughly 30 minutes. That allows researchers to study amplification of physiologic GH pulse patterns rather than sustained elevation. Research models examine pituitary GHRH receptor activation, secretagogue activity, IGF-1 pathway stimulation, circadian GH rhythm and metabolic signaling.
